Olivier Luciano
Olivier has over 20 years of experience administering publicly funded engineering initiatives in telecommunications, defense, heavy civil engineering, and utilities. Olivier’s fieldwork includes projects within the LAX World Airport, Department of Defense, The Metropolitan Water District, Lockheed Martin, and others. He has written a variety of grants benefiting social services and environmental causes here in the Los Angeles County area. Currently he serves as an administrative manager at Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI) connecting businesses and workforce to the blue green economy.
He is a US Air Force Veteran with an MM and BSB/M from the University of Phoenix. He has lived in Los Angeles since 2010.
