THE TRANSLATIN@ COALITION AND WILLIAMS INSTITUTE TO HOLD A PRESS CONFERENCE AND RALLY TO PRESENT REPORT FINDINGS TO IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF LIFE FOR LGBTQ+ ANGELENOS
LOS ANGELES, CA – June 17, 2024 – The TransLatin@ Coalition (TLC), in collaboration with the Williams Institute and the Department of Public Health, is to present the findings of the William Institute’s Lived Experiences in Los Angeles County (LELAC) Survey and the Los Angeles County Transgender and Nonbinary Survey at the June 18, 2024 Policy Presentations Board of Supervisors Meeting. This survey and recommendations will inform the ongoing work to uplift and support the current policy and advocacy initiatives for Trans, Gender Expansive, and Intersex (TGI) and LGBQ+ communities.
