The TransLatin@ Coalition Annual Services Report 2024
A Message from the President
Dear Supporters and Community,
As we reflect on 2024, we acknowledge both the immense challenges and the unwavering resilience of the Trans, Gender Expansive, and Intersex (TGI) community. Violence against TGI individuals continues at an alarming rate, but through our advocacy, services, and leadership, we are making progress. This year, The TransLatin@ Coalition expanded its reach with three new centers in Southern California, increased our full-time staff to nearly 64, and strengthened our policy impact nationwide.
We could not have achieved these milestones without the support of our allies and funders. Together, we have built the largest Trans-led organization in the country. As we continue to fight for systemic change, we are reminded that every victory is shared with those who believe in our mission.
With deep gratitude,
Bamby Salcedo
President/CEO, The TransLatin@ Coalition
